About Me
15 years ago, I began my professional journey in Human Resources. Ever since I was young, relationships have always held the highest currency in my heart. A career in Human Resources was a space where I could help my clients discover their strengths and success from a career perspective. Over the span of my corporate career, I held management positions in recruiting, organizational design and training and development for various corporations. While I was successful in my career, there was always a nagging sense of being incomplete in my full expression of my skills and desires. I wanted to expand the growth and potential I saw in my clients and my capacity to support them.
I made the decision to leave corporate Human Resources behind and follow my heart to become a Life Coach though the prestigious Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). CTI is the largest experiential coach training and leadership development organization in the world. Becoming a Life Coach appealed to me because I wanted a more interactive partnership in my clients lives and development. The constraints of my corporate positions limited my skills and fulfillment. Now, in partnership with my clients, we are freely able to explore unlimited growth and potential.

I feel it is necessary to share that my journey has not been easy. I have fallen and failed countless times in my life. Shortly after completing my training through CTI, my marriage fell apart leading to divorce. As I stumbled through this major life shift, while trying to start my coaching business, my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I spent the next two years navigating court dates, moving homes, supporting my young children through transition and watching my beloved mom suffer and pass away. I share this personal account to let you know that I know what it feels like to start over. I know what it feels like to struggle. I know despair and heartache. I know that, like me, there is a strength in you that you never knew existed. I learned how to reclaim my dreams, my personal power and most importantly my joy. My own coach helped me navigate this terrain as I will in turn do in partnership with you.

All my experiences have led me to this place. I am constantly amazed by the human capacity for growth, change and possibility. I look forward to be a part of your journey.
Areas of Exploration

"Can you remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be?" - Charles Bukowski
Who Am I?
Life with its many twists and turns can lead us to make decisions and create a life that may not be what we dreamed of when we were young. We mold ourselves to adapt to jobs, partners, parenthood, family expectations and forget along the way the essence of who we really are. Working together we can strengthen your self-awareness, identify core values and reawaken your dreams for your future.
Goal Setting
What do you envision for your life? Are you clear on what you want? Do you know how to hold yourself accountable to get there? In setting specific, tangible, measurable goals we will work together to set you up for success. We will work to ensure that your goals are not only realistic but a stretch towards your true potential.
Getting Unstuck
We all get stuck from time to time. We can become paralyzed by indecision, mired in habits that don't serve us, and/or uncertain of the direction we should be heading. Together we will work to clear up uncertainty, confusion and unnecessary distractions in your life. This streamlining of what is important to you and how you spend your time will increase your overall productivity and create space for more fulfillment and joy.
Living Beyond Fear
Are you living your life in the most fully expressed capacity? Do you take risks? Do you believe in yourself? Are you confident that no matter the circumstances you will land on your feet? How quickly do you abandon yourself when the going gets tough? Who would you be if you didn't let your fears create constraints in your life? Let's work together to find where you can release self-imposed restrictions and liberate yourself from the fear that is dictating your life.
Navigating Change
Job loss, moving, divorce, loss of a loved one, these are a few examples of life changes in one that can disrupt balance and leave us asking the question, "how do I move forward?" All change, no matter how small, requires a period of mourning what once was and embracing what is to come. Here we work together to mindfully navigate and process the emotions that come with change.
Relationships
"The greatest thing you'll ever learn, is just to love and be loved in return." - Nat King Cole
Being in a relationship is the most challenging and rewarding human experience. We simultaneously must be vulnerable and hold boundaries around how we want to be loved. Together we will answer some tough questions including: How do you love others? Do you honor yourself and your needs? Do you feel empowered to ask for what you want? What beliefs do you have about your worth?
